HANNAH TAPE
I have dedicated the last 16 years to working with individuals on a 121 basis – supporting them with grant funding, or by working with a charity and for the last 7 years I have worked with young homeless adults, a high majority of whom are neurodiverse.
I hold a 2:1 degree in Psychology from Swansea University, which has provided a strong foundation for understanding and addressing the needs of my clients. And prior to my current role, I have served as a PA to an area manager, where I honed my administrative skills. In addition to this experience, I have completed ADHD Virtual Assistant (VA) training and have been effectively supporting clients with ADHD since taking on this specialised role.

My dedication to continuous professional development ensures that I remain equipped with the latest strategies and knowledge to support my clients effectively. My services are tailored to create a package that best suits you and the individual needs of your business and include:
Traditional Admin
diary and email management, booking appointments, research, data entry and CRM management, and more
Life Admin

TOR CAVANAGH
I’m Tor – business owner and mother of two who has mastered the art of multi-tasking. I have 2 decades administration experience within many different sectors from Council, NHS, Finance, Energy sector – the list goes on!
I’m not ashamed to say that I love to geek out when it comes to admin and it doesn’t feel like a job when you love what you do. I’m currently working with and have members of our family that are Neurodiverse so I can appreciate first hand that it is not a “one size fits all” approach and the importance of the need to be adaptable.

I know what it is like when your to do list is as long as your arm and you just don’t know where to start, delegating what you can and freeing up your time is where I come in.
My aim is to build a rapport, understand my client’s needs and meet objectives quickly and efficiently. I’m confident that in no time it’ll feel like we’ve always worked together!
Please know that I genuinely want to help and I’m so excited about the opportunity Neuroenabler has opened up to me.”
